Hospital Policy

For prescription refills and food orders we ask for a 48 hour notice. We can take payments over the phone or you can pay when you pick up. When arriving for pickups you’re more than welcome to come into the building without a phone call.

For Doctor and Technician appointments, we ask that you call the office from the parking lot and remain in your car, a technician will come out when the doctor is ready. You are still welcome to join your Pet for the visit, but we no longer use our waiting room as we have found it helps keep Pets calmer prior to their appointment.
